Classes at CCY Studio

 Booking via Bookamat is essential. Some classes are live streamed online too. 

3 partipants per class minimum. Please book AT LEAST one hour before the class begins.

Earn 100 Discovery Vitality points when you train with us.

Join us for our monthly Full Moon classes, these classes are a gentle, all levels flow.  

Please also note public holidays as the classes are usually in the morning.

How do I know which class is right for me?

It is very important to try as many of the different class styles and teachers to see which you enjoy the most and which sessions offer exactly what you are looking for. Give yourself some time to get to know the studio, the teachers and your own practice.

I am a new to yoga! Help!

Our dedicated Beginner and Foundational classes are on Wednesdays 6-7pm and Sundays 7:45-8:45am.

Theere are several other beginner friendly classes and gentle flows on the schedule.

Keep an eye out for Casey's Beginners Yoga Workshop Series that are held a few times a year. 

What does all levels vinyasa mean?

These classes will cater to a wide range of practitioners and the teacher will offer various options and steps for the poses. Just remember, in any class you only need to simply try. Skip out the postures that you cannot access yet, take a child's pose when you need to or do an extra chanturanga if you so desire. The practice is yours at the end of the day, our teachers are there to guide you safely and to support your growth. 

I would like to be challenged! Which classes should I try?

As stated before, the practice is yours. What is challenging for one person may be more accessible for another; any class can and will be as challeging as you choose.

 Casey's Sunday class is typically the more intermediate to advanced style but anyone and everyone is welcome to join as Casey's main aim is to share her love of yoga and help all yogins grow and play!

Remember we are also working to expand our breath, connect mind to body and find ways to connect to stillness in our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical states. We aim to go beyond a physical challenge and to find growth and depth WITHIN. This practice is so vast; yoga itself is a life-long journey with so much to uncover both about the practice and about yourself.
